rest. You can always have the rest packed up for lunch or
breakfast the next day.

rest packed up. You are not depriving yourself - a generation
ago, the half or three quarter meal you end up eating is more or
less the same amount of food as a full meal you would have been

to go have been super sized - again, eat only half.

habit of walking everywhere. It’s great to go to the gym and
