Healthy natural weight loss is not about dieting. It is about
changing your eating habits to those that are healthy for you

were not realistically designed for you to follow for the rest

weight loss is making up your mind to change your eating habits.
This is a goal that has to be internalized within you. A
commitment to act on this commitment you make with yourself and
